Meet Anna

In February 2020, just before the onset of the global pandemic, my ex-husband and I made the difficult decision to separate after 16 years together, 12 of which were spent in marriage, raising our two beautiful children. Amidst the world's sudden shutdown, I found myself grappling with the challenges of divorce, feeling profoundly isolated as I lacked the support network of others who had experienced separation and divorce. Struggling to navigate this significant life transition without the guidance or resources I desperately needed, I realized the importance of providing support to others facing similar journeys. Thus, I embarked on a mission to offer coaching, guidance, and practical tools to those navigating divorce and separation.

With an extensive career spanning 18 years in Recruitment and Admissions across various sectors including start-ups, nonprofits, government, investment banks, and higher education, I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching practice. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Psychology and Political Science, I have also worked as a Senior Admissions Counselor for The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. My diverse background includes studying abroad in London through UNC’s Honors Program and a summer spent teaching children in a rural village in Uganda.

I’ve lived in 8 states (2 twice!): TN, NY, GA, VA, MA, PA, CA, and NC. I grew up primarily in Franklin, TN and NYC. I had my son in Philadelphia, PA, and my daughter in San Francisco, CA. I currently reside in Raleigh, NC.

Love, family, and travel rank as my top three passions in life. Despite having my first marriage end, I am an ardent believer both in love and marriage.

Three years ago, I found love again in Southern California, where I met my fiancé. Despite the distance, we nurtured our relationship across coasts for 2.5 years, commuting back and forth every other week. Now, as we prepare to exchange vows this October in the beautiful Santa Barbara wine country, I am excited to embark on this new chapter of love and companionship while continuing to support others on their journey to healing and growth.

As my marriage was unraveling, I grappled with the fear that happiness might elude me forever, that I wouldn't weather the storm. I'm here to assure you that not only can you find happiness again, but you have the potential to craft a life even more fulfilling than your wildest dreams, and I'm committed to guiding and supporting you every step of the way.
